Tiga were tasked with the creating a natural habitat within the catchment area of central London at the London School of Economics. Due to the requirements of the project a Bio-Diversity roof gardens was perfect for this project. The Bio Diversity scheme would create stepping stones for wildlife within urban areas to increase the boundaries for nature to thrive, thus reducing the impact our urban development has upon nature. Tiga Europe Ltd carried out all of the structural waterproofing within the site and assisted the design throughout.

Tiga Europe was tasked with creating various roof gardens at the Housing Association development. Built on the site of a former printing press and adjacent locally-listed public house, Woodgrange Road is a mixed tenure development with commercial space on the ground floor provides 160 new homes, 80 for rent and 80 for private sale. The façade of the public house has been restored and retained as part of the development. The communal area includes a children's play area and water feature. The roof gardens to the 5th & 6th Floor are intensive with seating details and planters, while in Block C Tiga Europe created a sedum roof.

Tiga was tasked with creating a roof garden system over a swimming pool at the revolutionary pad 55 retirement development in Pickering. The pad 55 development called Spire View totalled 15 units, 11 detached houses and 4 apartments. Working with Malton based Architects, Bramhall Blenkharn, and developers Tom Welch and David Ball, Tiga Europe also carried out all of the structural waterproofing throughout the site along with sedum roofs across a number of properties. Tiga's work even helped the pad 55 development receive a nomination for the Best retirement development in the prestigious Daily Mail's UK property Awards.
